Casa da Almargens has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a social toilet. Downstairs there is a big living room with open kitchen, a dining table, and a huge, comfortable sofa. There is a lot of natural light coming into the house. WiFi is available at the house as well. There is a dishwasher and washing machine for your use. On the deck out front you will find a sunken lounge area to unwind and enjoy the views. There are sunbeds, and other little seats to relax around the property. There are two bikes and several surfboards to use for our guests - we just ask a deposit for the usage of these items. Please note that a 300 euros security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out. » If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply .In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
