Do not hesitate to challenge us to fulfill our mission, to make you happy.
Casa da Bicuda is part of a village with a mixed tradition, rural and fishing, which has been transformed over the years. Those who visit us can have essentially 2 reasons for interest, the sea and its intrinsic activities, which are right outside the door. Specialized and dedicated teams can provide different activities such as fishing, diving, boat trips, land fishing, snorkeling, etc.
The land has an endless number of places of cultural and scenic interest. The different churches and empires that can be visited along the periphery of the Island, the Pico museum with its 3 geographic poles, the caves with their maximum exponent of the Gruta das Torres and, last but not least, the Pico mountain with its majestic 2351 meters challenge the most daring to reach the highest point and be dazzled by the unique sunset and sunrise. Not to be missed if you are physically robust.
You cannot visit Pico and not eat its fish, meat, crustaceans, and cheese accompanied by island wine for all tastes and palates. To not lose.
Religious or non-religious festivities translate the culture of the people of the island throughout the year, with the festivals of Espirito Santos, Senhora de Lourdes, and Santa Maria Madalena, among others, being the greatest exponent.
