This place is characterized by a set of houses in stone and red shutters, resembling a Xmas village. It is 20 kms from the Serra da Estrela Tower, the highest point in Portugal (1993m altitude). Being so close to the highest point of the Serra da Estrela, it often snows, which takes you dreaming about the places where we wanted to spend Christmas when you were a child.
