Step inside the villa through the welcoming hallway, a fully-equipped kitchen awaits to your right. From here, you can access a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer. Beyond the hallway, is the dining room, which leads to a delightful courtyard boasting a barbecue, water feature, and an inviting dining space. Continue your exploration to the living room, featuring a TV with many international channels including sports & movies. There is a cozy log burner, perfect for those cooler months. From the living room, open the doors to another outdoor terrace, with a dining table shaded by a retractable awning. This terrace leads down to the swimming pool terrace, accessible via a gated staircase. Here, you'll discover another barbecue and dining table. Behind the pool terrace, a covered, decked area houses a hot tub and an outdoor lounge. Back inside the villa, you'll find four generously-sized double bedrooms, one of which boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an outdoor patio area offering serene pool views. Two more large bedrooms, each featuring two single beds, are thoughtfully positioned on each side of the house, ensuring privacy for two families sharing this incredible space. Maid service is provided weekly to enhance your stay. For an additional cost, you can opt for pool heating.
