Spacious, clean and private ground-floor apartment that feels like a house in the heart of Paranhos, a "real" Porto neighbourhood. Conveniently located close to Salgueiros metro, walking distance from Marquês and the beautiful Quinta do Covelo park. Close enough to central Porto but outside the tourist zone. Close to the main University campus. Plenty of authentic restaurants, bars, cafés and shops nearby plus a Lidl and a Pingo Doce 5 mins walk away. There is parking for up to 3 cars (parking entrance is 2.3m wide x 2.1m high). There is also a wild shared garden of about 500m² for your dogs.
Jordan, Edward and Nicholas welcome you. Originally from Brazil & South Africa, we have been living in Porto for several years.
Paranhos is a "real"; neighbourhood of Porto which is both close to the centre of the city while still being out of the tourist zone. You can shop like a local at the nearby grocer, butcher and fishmonger. Eat cheap at a tasca or at one of the great value traditional restaurants nearby like Mito or Pombeiro. Quinta do Covelo park is nearby with great facilities for children and dogs.
