Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

These high quality and contemporary 2-bedroom air-conditioned villas in Madeira are set in the peaceful countryside with great sea-views and share a breath-taking large infinity pool located on the cliff edge overlooking the sea and the village of Paul do Mar. Sunset Cliff Villa are located on the front line of the villas and benefits from beautiful sea-views. The open plan living area with seating area, dining table and fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as the 2 double bedrooms are in one only floor. Here you can also find the bathroom with walk-in shower and the laundry. This opens to the private outdoor terrace with outdoor dining table and benches and a lovely sea-view, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets.

Only 500m away is the café and restaurant “O Precipício”. There is a mini-market next to the church approximately 900m away; further branded supermarkets can be found in Prazeres (6 Km) and Calheta (14 Km). The renowned and sunny village of Paul do Mar (where there is sea access) with it’s lovely variety of cafés and restaurants in the narrow streets of the old town, is 4.5 Km away. The capital, Funchal, is only 40 minutes drive away, and the airport 60 minutes drive. There are plenty of walks around the beautiful Madeira countryside all around this area, with various levadas being accessible.
