Please note that all suites are on the first floor and there is no elevator access. The suites can only be accessed via staircase, due to the building's historic nature.

Please note that, for late check-in, an access code will be provided to guests.

Please note that an extra bed can only be provided upon request and is only available in the Master Suite.

Reception Hours: 08:00 - 17:00. For check-ins after this time, the property will reach out to guests directly with detailed instructions to facilitate their arrival.

In the case of a group reservation, the group will be required to adhere to the following policies and conditions:

•In a group reservation, the flexible rate will be converted to a non-refundable rate immediately to secure and guarantee the reservation.

•Please note that outside food or drinks are not permitted.

•A complete rooming list with essential information, such as ETA and bed preferences, is required 30 days prior to arrival.

•While we will make an effort to accommodate bed preferences, we cannot guarantee availability;

•We do not have a breakfast room, and our breakfast is served to the room based on the guest's daily menu selection. Each preparation takes 15 minutes, making it physically impossible to serve more than one room at the same time;

•Due to the specific room conditions, it is not possible to have guests from other rooms join together for breakfast as the rooms are intended solely for the accommodation of the guests sleeping in them.
