GuestHouse Pena is a apartment with 5 rooms for rent, 2 with private bathrooms,3 share one bathroom. It is located in an old and historical neighborhood, 10 minutes away walking from the old historical downtown, with subway 7 minutes away and bus 4 minutes away. The house as 5 rooms, one shared kitchen and a patio. There is no living or dining room available. The house is located on top of a hill. All common areas are available to all guests,please do your best to keep them clean after using it. The kitchen includes a refrigerator,stove, microwave, coffee and teapot, and limited dishes, glasses, and utensils for light meal preparation. Hand and bath towels are available along with sheets and covers. Hand soap,shower gel,shampoo and toilet paper is also provided by the host.

This is the most multicultural area of Lisbon, with people from all cultures. The area is a great choice for travelers interested in monuments, architecture and city walks. The house is located on a small hill. The neighborhood is quiet,safe and experiencing great renovations. It is a residential area,with local people,some students and other tourists. It is located near Martim Moniz, Campo Mártires da Pátria, Jardim do Torel and Jardim Braamcamp Freire. There is free public parking in front and around the house. Located near subway stations "Intendente" and "Martim Moniz" and bus stops. 3 minutes away from the supermarket Pingo Doce, 10 minutes away from the Lisbon Tram 28. 10 minutes away walking from Rossio,20 minutes away walking from Alfama and Bairro Alto.
