Welcome to my house! This delightful two-story 140 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located near the city centre and all its exciting tourist attractions. Guests must climb stairs to reach the bedroom area and a few steps to the living and kitchen, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. As you enter, you will see an open-plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a large dining table for socializing and enjoying meals together. The next room has a support pantry with all the supplies guests may need during their stay, such as iron, washing machine, cleaning amenities, etc. On the opposite side, there is a complete bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second includes a queen bed, the third has a bunk bed, and the last has a convertible bed that can turn into two single beds. All the rooms are spacious and have multiple storage spaces. A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can find a lovely backyard outside, with a beautiful garden and a dining table to take advantage of the fresh air and a bit of sunlight. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.
