Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely house, with 350m2, is located in a calm area but close to supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding areas, and it has multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a garden with fruit trees, around 3500m2, grass for kids to play with, a basketball net, soccer goals, a spacious parking area and annexe with BBQ, an outside kitchen and a garage for three cars (2 spaces accessible). The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. There are two bedrooms with king beds, two beds with queen-sized beds and one last bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
