With a simple, contemporary décor designed for the comfort and well-being of visitors, this building has four one-bedroom flats with all the facilities you need to enjoy a beautiful holiday on Madeira Island. Each unit has bright, functional spaces and modern décor, making it ideal for a business or leisure trip. All the flats include a sofa bed, air-conditioned living room, TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower cubicle. These four one-bedroom properties can accommodate a maximum of three people. The building has a common entrance to all the properties and is located on Rua 31 de Janeiro, one of the main streets in the city of Funchal. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Building with lift and no private parking available.

It is close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, public gardens, Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre, cable car, CR7 Museum, Cruzes Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, beaches, bars and museums. In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There are bus stops near the building. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
