Our Guest House "Kionga Suites" is located right in the heart of the city and it's the perfect starting point for your adventure in Lisbon! All 5 suites have a private bathroom and access to a shared social space composed of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. This will make your stay so much more comfortable! The social living room and kitchen are shared by our guests. Here you can cook and enjoy your favorite meals or just kickback and relax while reading a good book. You'll be breathing the history of our city inside this charming duplex apartment on the third floor of a building from the early 20TH century. Since we're up on a third floor without elevator, it's inadvisable for people with mobility problems. It's however a great exercise for the most of us!... All spaces have been renovated and equipped thinking about the comfort of our guests! ​The suites have a double bed of 1, 40 x 2, 00 m, private bathrooms, televisions with access to cable tv, wi-fi, air conditioning and wardrobe. The cleaning is daily and we're always available to help in improving your holiday experience.  We look forward to host you in Lisbon!

Live like a local in this charming building that tells the story of the city over time. ​Right in the center of the city, and between the districts of Arroios and Penha de França, this will be your starting point for the best holiday of your life! We're situated in the oldest and most authentic part of the neighborhood of Penha de França in Lisbon. Through the balcony we can observe the neighborhood's highest Viewpoint, from where it's possible to overview the city and the Tagus River.  The proximity to the main avenues Almirante Reis and Morais Soares gives you access to great restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The old market of Arroios is the perfect place to find fresh vegetable, fruit, fish and meat! Alameda D. Afonso Henriques is great to stroll in the gardens and admire it's outstanding water fountains. The area is very well served by public transport. The nearest metro stations, Arroios, Alameda and Anjos are just 10 minutes walking distance. The metro from the airport and the Aerobus are direct to the station of Alameda. If you prefer to walk, just 2 km down the Almirante Reis Avenue you'll find all the main squares of Lisbon.
