The natural light and the superb view over Funchal, make this apartment a true viewpoint, where comfort is combined with the good taste of the decoration. This property is located very close to the city center, in a calm and sunny building. With three bedrooms, it accommodates a maximum of six people and has everything you need. If you want to rent a car, you have a parking place in the garage. Please do not forget to “use and abuse” the fantastic balcony, which has a splendid view to the city of Funchal, and the Desertas Islands as the backdrop of this wonderful scenery!

Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino of Madeira. Next to the Casino you will find the lovely Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal. The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk).
