I am a lawyer living in Cornwall in the UK who is married to a retired college principal. We both enjoy travel, food, exploring new places and the outdoor life. We are very proud of our apartment on Boavista as it provides the ideal accommodation for a family holiday, a golf break or a romantic getaway. It's just the sort of place that we look to stay at when we are travelling. I am delighted to say that in response to recent developments both Boa Vista, and our property, has secured the Portuguese government's 'Clean and Safe' seal of approval to distinguish properties with the hygiene and careful cleaning requirements for the local prevention and control of the pandemic. The ground floor apartment is located on Boavista’s tranquil Lakeview village. Offering superb views over the golf course this stunning, spacious apartment (115m²) has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish lounge and dining area. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room directly onto a terrace and lawn area which are ideal for al-fresco dining or relaxing in the sun. Outside, there is an elegantly furnished seating area plus sun loungers. The accommodation is equipped with all the facilities you could wish for including Bosch kitchen appliances, superfast wifi, air conditioning, cable and satellite television with over 100 channels including BBC, Sky Sports, BT Sport etc. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bed can either be configured as one double or two singles; the other bedroom has two single beds with an adjacent shower room. Guests enjoy free gym membership, use of the heated Lakeview outdoor pool, complementary use of the indoor swimming pool and spa, discount on both essential spa treatments and food and drink at the clubhouse. Our guests receive 25% discount on green fees at the golf club. There is 24-hour security.
