Mercedes Country House is a charm Hote whose mission is to provide its guests high quality services. We are located in the Algarve Barrocal (between the sea and the mountains), in the municipality of Faro, the parish of Santa Bárbara de Nexe and site Medronhal. Our guests are the reason for our existence and we are prepared to meet all your wishes. We want to turn your stay into a memorable experience and hope that you leave wanting to return soon.

Neighbourhood information

The name of our Country House has a history, that we will be happy to tell if you have curiosity. The plot where Mercedes Country House is located was acquired in 2015 and has about 11,500 m2. The plot had a typical house from the Barrocal which was recovered and expanded. The construction took place from January 2016 and is scheduled to be finished in Abril 2017. We were extremely careful with the use of typical Barrocal materials, as we believe in preserving traditional architecture, without neglecting the comfort of our guests. On the plot there was a citrus orchard that was too old to be recovered, however we proceeded with the planting of various fruit trees that allow us to be self-sufficient. We also planted several areas with vegetables so we can used them on the meals served in the restaurant. We are extremely careful in the cultivation of our products because we are organic and sustainable.
