Our Madeira was launched in 2007 by Linda & Ricardo Dias.We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from), and our company was established from 1995. We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta and Carolina, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way.

In the hills above the picturesque fishing village of Câmara de Lobos and only a 10-minute drive to Funchal, Moradia Falesia is a beautifully furnished house with breath-taking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Its location makes it the perfect option for everyone - those wanting to be in a sunny area, seeking tranquillity, preferring to be close to town, looking to explore Madeira, or seeking the perfect house for a long stay for either leisure or work. Being perched on the hillside, it has an upside-down layout. The carport leads to the first landing which accesses both the office and the rooftop sundeck. On floor below are the three bedrooms (two of which have panoramic sea-view), and two bathrooms. The living area occupies the floor below. The stairs open to the spacious sitting area with the large flatscreen TV, and which leads via patio doors to the front terrace with outdoor seating and steps to the sloping mature garden; imagine yourself relaxing, taking in the views of the sea and Cabo Girão (the second highest cliff in the world) and enjoying the beautiful sunsets!
