NayJay Staycation is happy to present our lovely apartment for those wanting to discover Portimão, Algarve, it’s perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor, in a closed condominium with 24-hour security, and is located in a privileged area approximately 100 meters from Praia da Rocha. The apartment is west-facing and has a capacity for 2 to 4 people. There is parking available on the premises, which you will need a card to enter premises, but during the high season ( bank holidays and Summer season), this may be limited parking. The accommodation has a fully prepared kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, ceramic glass hob, oven, Dulce coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery/ cutlery, and pans, along with a dining table for meals. The living room has a sofa, that can be turned into a sofa bed for 2 people, along with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The balcony is closed with a laundry area that includes a washing machine; tumble dryer machine, the bathroom has a shower base and is equipped with a hairdryer. Lastly, the bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and bed linen and towels are included.

Where the accommodation is located has a tennis court and a ball court area, great for those wanting to do some activities. There is free parking but limited to existing spaces, as the area may be busy in the summer. Proximity to the accommodation there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies, and leisure areas. In the afternoon/evening, the City Centre of Portimão, which is known for its old cobbled streets, and riverside promenades, is the biggest commercial town in the Algarve, where you can enjoy the views and try Portuguese cuisine. Close to the accommodation, you can go by foot to the Marina, Clube Naval of Portimão to pass a day full of fun activities, this hub is famous for water activities, dolphin watching, caves and paddle boarding, and much more. For those that want to really enjoy the sun or have a drink near the beach, the accommodation is meters from the main strip of bars and restaurants in Portimao.
