This flat refurbished in 2021 has as an asset the excellent terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, despite being very close to the city centre of Funchal. With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this property accommodates up to 6 people, making use of the sofa bed. Easy to reach, from here you can easily access the speedway and also services. Enjoy the terrace and the sun on the south side of our island, set off to discover and enjoy Funchal and Madeira.

Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are within a fifteen-minute walk away. This flat is close to the Lavradores Market, Funchal Old Town and the Cathedral.
