Newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen, including induction cooktop, dishwasher and coffee bar, ac/heating units and separate washer & dryer. Apartment has high ceilings, tons of natural light and an incredible terrace with outdoor lounging sofa, dining set and breathtaking views!
Location is very convenient with ample free parking and the bus stop is right across the street next to the fuel/gas station. Also located within 200m is the well known Terra Nostra Parque/Gardens, restaurants, snack bars, mini market and fresh fruit & veggie stand.
