A rural area 5 min from the city center, with a swimingpool where you can stroll through the fruit trees and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and nature. Just a 5 min drive from the city center, the main highway from where you can go to all main attractions of the island, and the airport, and with easy and free car parking (car recommended). Fully equipped kitchen, A/C in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, shower towels and beach towels, and you can also enjoy a dinning area near the swimingpool with BBQ and wooden oven. Personal check in and personalized support during your stay. Bedroom 1 with a double bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed and bunk bed, with private bathroom. Swimming pool zone with changing rooms where you can store your luggage, shower, toilette and change clothes after check out.
The owners, Francisco, Ilda and Manuel, our 4 year old son, and our 4 dogs, Pimpão, Pintas, Pantera and Cookie, live on the farm. We no longer have vineyards, but banana and orange production continues, as well as new crops that have been introduced such as coffee, avocado and passion fruit. Francisco always welcomes his guests personally, giving a short tour of the farm and explaining everything you need to know about the area. Ilda always welcomes our guests with a welcome cake! And Manuel always asks what language the guests speak and if they have children to play with them 😉.
The house is located just 5 min by car from city center where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars, the marina with the whale and dolphin watching activities. it´´s just 2 min away from the highway that will take you to the main attractions on the island like Furnas, Sete Cidades, Lagoa do Fogo and Nordeste area. Near the house there´s also a restaurant and a bakery near by 2 min by car or a 10 min walk!
