O apartamento novo, em último piso de condomínio fechado, concilia a localização central com a calma e encanto da zona circundante. Dispõe de wi-fi gratuito, ar condicionado, quarto com cama de casal queen size, cozinha totalmente equipada e sala com sofá-cama e todos os atoalhados necessários. Tem lugar de garagem e acesso por elevador. O terraço do edifício proporciona vista de 360º sobre a cidade.
