Fabulous apartment in the heart of Lisbon (Picoas/Saldanha 5 minutes on foot), with full commodities you will need to relax (Cable TV, Wi-fi, air conditioning and a beautiful balcony overlooking a patio with trees where you can drink a coffee/ tea or smoke a cigarette,). The Picoas Metro Station is only 350m away, 4 Shopping centers only 5 minutes away, restaurants, museums. The apartment was recently remodelled , so everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. The apartment is on the third floor and there is NO ELEVATOR so you need to climb some stairs to access the apartment.
