VIVA Size Flats Clérigos are luxury apartments, ideal for families and groups, a few meters from Torre dos Clérigos, located in the nightlife area, right in the heart of the beautiful city of Porto. Inserted in a building completely restored and refurbished in 2019, with elevator, air conditioning and all amenities. The apartments all have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. In the building there is also a common laundry room with washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board at your disposal inside your apartment. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Air conditioning system that also provides heating of the apartment in winter. TV service and Wifi Internet available free of charge. An important factor to bear in mind is that the apartments are located in a nightlife area of Porto, with bars and clubs. Not recommended for people sensitive to noise. The building is located on a pedestrian street with access by car for loading and unloading until 11:00 am Important informations: - Check-in from 16:00. If you need to drop off your luggage earlier, please let us know so we can check if this is possible. - Check out by 11:00 am - if you need extra time to leave your luggage while visiting the city, contact us to see if it is possible. - The identification of all guests (of all ages) is requested until the day of check-in (the provision of this data is mandatory). -Check-in instructions can only be provided after providing the aforementioned data. - Cancellation policies must be complied with in full, without exception. All cancellations after the allowed period will not be entitled to a refund. - The host will have the right to access the property, notifying guests whenever necessary. - Extra beds and/or sofa beds are prepared by default, only for stays above the standard capacity. Extra beds and/or sofa beds can be prepared upon request and confirmation.

VIVA Size Flats Clérigos are located right in the historic center of Porto. Here you can visit some of the most important tourist attractions in the city, such as the Torre dos Clérigos by Nasoni, the tiles of Igreja do Carmo and Livraria Lello, known for its connection to JK Rowling and her Harry Potter literary works. In this area of the Cordoaria Garden and Praça dos Leões there is an intimate connection with the academic tradition of the city, and it is even possible to attend different rituals and concentrations of students in their typical attire or visit the rectory of the University of Porto. The area is also known for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs that give this neighborhood of the city a unique energy.
