I’m Carlos, 56 years old, I’ve traveled across 5 continents, always working and living the places, the generosities, the realities, the will to know, the fears and also the aspirations of people and peoples where life took me. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building with 55 square meters of area, designed by an interior designer in the search to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project: - Aesthetics; - Comfort; - feeling of belonging; It consists of a hall/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a dining / kitchen room (equipped for 4 people). The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and a bathroom with a heated towel rail. The building where the apartment is located is new, built from scratch, composed of three apartments and decorated in detail following our concept of comfort and feeling of belonging, a new concept that we want to introduce in the local accommodation.
