I’m Carlos, 56 years old, I’ve traveled across 5 continents, always working and living the places, the generosities, the realities, the will to know, the fears and also the aspirations of people and peoples where life took me. I consider myself resilient, dreamer, nonconformist and entrepreneur, I have a degree in management and mathematics. I try to look at the world through the window of LIBERTY.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building with 163 square meters of area, designed by an interior designer in an attempt to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project: - Aesthetics; - Comfort; - Feeling of belonging; It consists of hall, living room, dining room for 8 people and 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub that serves 2 bedrooms and the other in the suite that is located on the roof of the building. It is equipped to serve 8 people. The apartment has air conditioning and individual central heating of the apartment and all bathrooms have a heated towel rail. We also defined as a matrix for this space of STUPENDO the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays. The building where the apartment is located is new, built from scratch, composed of three apartments and decorated in detail and with a design that pursues our concept of comfort and a sense of belonging, a new concept that we want to introduce in the local accommodation. The building in which this apartment by STUPENDO is located is in the city center, in BAIRRO DE ARROIOS, in a very calm and quiet street at night, but parallel to Avª Morais Soares (One of the avenues with the greatest diversity of commerce and restaurant Lisbon) being three metro stations from the main squares in the city center (Martim Moniz / Rossio) BAIRRO DE ARROIOS is the most multicultural neighborhood in Lisbon (in which over 100 nationalities live in harmony), more than a neighborhood is considered a world in itself full of diversity, in which the new one coexists with the classic by everywhere, being referenced in 2019, by "Time out" and "New York Times", as the coolest neighborhood in the world to live. BAIRRO DE ARROIOS is in Lisbon, a neighborhood where urban art meets food from four corners of the world, underground culture and historical treasures, leading travelers to live as locals and unleashing a sense of belonging in them.
