New, nice and modern one bedroom apartment on the topfloor or a new built building. The apartment has a balcony, which has all essential equipment in the kitchen. WiFi and Sat-TV.
Right in the same building, on ground floor, there is a coffe shop, a grocery store, also a hgairdresser and a wineshop. Withhin walking distance to very good restaurants. Infront of the building the is the busstop for public transport.
