The Ocean by Ericeirahills is a newly renovated "High end" villa with all you usually want in a vacation home.
360 m2 inside area one a gated private land of 3500 m2 with sun all day.
6 Bedrooms, 4 (5) bathrooms, 2 living rooms + outdoor/inside barbecue + Pool hall with large tv, bar + Gym in the basement. Garage + extra outside parking.
Solar panels + water heating on the roof, very close to a zero emission house :)
Endless sea view, walking distance to beaches and Ericeira centrum.
