This cosy one-bedroom accommodation offers the perfect balance between comfort and tranquillity. Located in a quiet and pleasant area, it features a spacious private terrace — perfect for soaking up the sun, reading a book, or enjoying a meal outdoors. The swimming pool is the main highlight, ideal for relaxing on hot days or taking a dip in the late afternoon. The interior is modern and functional, with an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom that ensures a good night’s sleep. Whether for a romantic getaway, remote work with a view, or a few days of rest, this space has everything you need for a memorable stay. All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information needed for your check-in. Please reply with your estimated time of arrival. Check-in is done directly at the accommodation from 3:30 p.m., but please note that check-ins between 7:00 p.m. and midnight incur an additional fee. Upon check-out, guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that you carefully check your belongings at check-out, as we are not responsible for items left behind.
