Welcome to our spacious villa with a large private pool, 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The location is quiet and perfect for walking (about 7 minutes) to the beach and all shops. Altura Prime offers free high speed wi-fi (1G) , secure on-site parking, a large garden, barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture that allows guests to relax and enjoy excellent sunbathing. The villa with a large exterior with terraces and balconies has contemporary décor and is fully equipped: all rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with international channels. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, toaster, air fryer, kettle, hand blender, scales. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cotton percale sheets, duvets, blankets, cotton bedspreads, towels, hand soap and shampoo are provided. The suites are spacious, all with wardrobes, and comfortable beds with mattresses that will be replaced in 2025. The lounge has a living room and dining room with a table that seats up to 10 people. Babies are welcome, so we provide a cot with bedding and a high chair free of charge.
