The apartment is modernly furnished, with 3 rooms! It is fully rentable. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of 4, in a building completed in 2013. It consists of hall, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with queen-size bed), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub ) and balcony. The location has FREE PARKING in front of the property. With a generous space of 68 square meters, the apartment is modernly furnished and has very good quality appliances. Each room has its own TV. In the location you will have free access to all the equipment of the apartment: 3 TV, central heating, WiFi with super speed of 1000 Mbps (rds-rcs), air conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, crockery, cutlery, personal hygiene products and clean towels. Guests can access both the library, which includes children's books, and board games. Quiet location that can also be used to work remotely. The apartment can also be rented for a longer period of time (up to 2 months).
