Modern smart home WITH A PRIVATE GARDEN. Universal wall sockets compatible with UK US EU RO FR IT etc also with built-in USB chargers for gadgets and devices. Free Wi-Fi , Fridge freezer, washing machine, Smart thermostat, smart light switches, Gas Detector with auto cut-off electro valve, Carbon Monoxide detector, CCTV Surveillance cameras for all entries and exits on and off the premises as well as the private parking space. Air Hockey table combined with private back garden (still a work in progress) . 2Bedrooms.
