The House was modernized in October 2019 and since then we have been enjoying guests at improved standards.
We are passionate about tourism and we do it with love in this wonderful area of the Sovata resort. We are happy to meet new people, share stories and give them the right recommendations in order to have a great vacation.
Our property is located in a wonderful place, in a quiet area, on the banks of the Sebes river. We are close enough to the center of the resort to be worth a walk (800 m), but far enough to be protected from the noise of the crowd in the center of the resort. For those who want to eat something other than what they can cook in the home kitchen, there is a 5-minute walk restaurant, with a traditional menu (with selected dishes!). In the summer season, the main attraction is Ursu Lake, which is famous for its multiple therapeutic qualities. Nearby, there are 2 other similar lakes and a number of tourist attractions such as: the salt mountain, tourist trails through the nearby forests, ziplines, suitable areas for mountain biking or long walks through the forest. In the winter season, with a little luck and a lot of snow, the Alunis ski area can be enjoyed at 8 km away from our property, and 1230 m of altitude. Also, very close to Sovata, there is the famous Praid salt mine where there are fun places for families and a treatment base. Nearby, there is the Praid thermal bath. Last but not least, various festivals with local themes frequently take place in the whole area: the festival of goulash, meatballs festival (sarmale), wine festival, hot air balloons festival and many others. We are very happy to host you!
