Modern three rooms 1st floor apartment in villa,situated in a residential and quiet area, near Triumph Arch, Herastrau and Kisseleff Park, 10 minutes walk to ROMEXPO, 15 min away from historical center of city. The airport is 15 - 30 min away driving.You can enjoy your time visiting museums nearby (The Romanian Peasant Museum, The Village Museum,The Romanian Art Museum, etc) or you can enjoy a very cheap and tasty beer in Old City Town, where the taste of the Romanian food will be unforgettable. Free parking between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, parking is paid for by sending an SMS to 7576, to the Parking Service of the Capital City Hall. Cost: 5 lei/hour or 30 lei/day. On the adjacent streets, 30 m away, parking is free. Our guests benefit for all the facilities of the apartment, such as: iron, wifi internet, hi-fi sound system, safety box, TV in each room. Pets are accepted.
High quality restaurants and clubs, opposite from Residence Hotel and Restaurant (international food), Picollo Mondo Restaurant (lebanese food), Il Calcio (italian food) ten minutes walking to Victoria Square, where you can see the Romanian Government Palace. Baneasa Shopping City, IKEA, Decathlon, is situated in the North area, 10 minutes driving. You can also find almost everything you need within 5 minutes walk: fresh products market, non-stop convenience store, pharmacy, parks, post office, coffee shops, takeaway places, and urban transportation. Buss 300 - 5 short stations to the City Center or 15 min walking; Buss 282 -3 stations to the railway station or 10-15 min walking; 10 min walking to the Victoria or Aviatorilor Metro Station, on M2 line, between North and South area.
