Contemporary, serene one-bedroom apartment in a new residential building. Safe, clean & sunny, with perfect view balcony. You will love it! Private Residential Parking for your car in the front of the house: 10 E/Night. Very good location to come and go: Downtown, Theater, Cinema, Lidl, Carrefour, Kaufland, Sepsi Value Center: minutes walking distance, Stadion / Sepsi Arena & Skate Park 10 minutes by car. Semi-Olympic Swimming Pool with Sauna & Open Air Strand nearby. Kids are welcome, after 5 years.
Simon is a Photographer & Traveller, when he is away he rents his apartment.
