With a generous surface, this modern, bright, and colourful apartment is the perfect choice for your stay in Oradea. It features 2 cozy bedrooms, a large living room that, when necessary, can be transformed into a third sleeping place thanks to a convertible sofa bed. As we have your comfort in mind, we offer 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking our city. Located not far from the city center, our apartment is located on the 2nd flood with elevator. For anyone traveling with their car, right in front the flat, we have a reserved parking space. We all love hot summer days, but thanks to our smart window blinds and neat A/C unit our apartment will always wait for you cooled down, and for colder days, underfloor heating will make sure you will have your desired warmth throughout the day.

Neighbourhood information

Our lovely apartment is perfectly located in new residential development areas of our City, perfectly located, with direct access from the highway. Everything is within reach by a short drive, Baile Felix Resort in less than 10 minutes, while a few turns down the main road will take you directly to the city center.
