Universitate area highlights would be: Old Town 1 min walk, Cismigiu Park 2 min walk, House of Parliament 10 min walk. As a whole the neighbourhood is highly recommended for party-goers, but a bit out of the noise. I really think that my place is for all tastes and you will not be disappointed for staying here. Either visiting Bucharest for a city break, or coming to work, this place is the place to be.
