Teleferic9 dispune de două apartamente care se închiriază în regim hotelier. Situate la baza pârtiei Clăbucet din Predeal, apartamentele sunt disponibile în orice sezon, iar în anotimpul rece sunt perfecte pentru pasionații de ski, acestea fiind în sistemul ski-to-door, avantajând familiile cu copii. Apartamentele au un design interior modern, care vă oferă tot confortul de care aveți nevoie. Fiecare apartament are dormitor cu queen bed, canapea extensibilă, bucătărie și dining area, iar băile sunt complet utilate. Totodată, în fiecare cameră sunt disponibile TV cu Netflix. Unul dintre apartamente are vedere către pădure și dispune de terasă, iar cel de-al doilea apartament are vedere stradală. Apartamentele sunt complet echipate și utilate cu finisaje și dotări moderne și se afla într-o zonă cu restaurante, pensiuni, hoteluri și apresski. În apropiere sunt disponibile activități de agrement, centre de închiriere echipamente pentru sporturi de iarnă, închirieri biciclete, biciclete electrice și ATV.
