Tei is a neighborhood in the north of Bucharest (sector 2), Romania. The name comes from the name of a lake in this area: Lacul Tei (Linden Tree Lake). The neighborhood is in a residential area very close to Park Tei, the largest park in the area. The are plenty of shops, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, schools and restaurants in the area. The main institutions in the area are the children hospital (Institutul National pentru Sanatatea Mamei si Copilului), Medicover hospital and the construction faculty (UTCB) The closest mall in Veranda, which is located less than 2km away from the property. From the property there are several main roads leading to the center of Bucharest through Obor market, as well as to the north part of the city. The principle means of public transportation are taxis, Uber, Bolt, Tram (lines 13 & 36)
