Apartman Bedem je moderan prostor u blizini gradskog parka koji je okružen bedemima, kao i starog dela grada i svih znamenitosti Novog Pazara. Za goste je obezbeđena potpuno opremljena kuhinja sa posuđem za spremanje hrane, kupatilo sa veš mašinom, dnevni boravak i odvojena spavaća soba. U svakoj prostoriji se nalaze klima uređaji. Gostima su dostupni peškiri i posteljine. Prostor za parking, natkrivene garaže, nalaze se u dvorištu objekta u kojem se nalazi apartman. U garažama je dostupna struja i utičnice sa monofaznim i trofaznim utičnicama i moguće je punjenje električnih automobila. Cena punjenja je određena prema količini potrošene struje.
U neposrednoj blizini objekta se nalazi marketi, mesare, apoteke, pekare, roštilji, najpoznatiji specijaliteti pite i mantije.
