Smeštajni objekat koji posluje po principu "bed and breakfast" smesten je u strogom centru grada na adresi Kralja Petra I br.5 u neposrednoj blizini gradskog šetališta i parka. Lokacija B&B Atriuma omogućava odličnu povezanost sa važnim gradskim sadržajima i svim delovima grada. Posebnu vrednost daje blizina lokaliteta antičkog Sirmijuma i ostalih kulturnih ustanova, takođe restorana i kafića. Objekat B&B Atrium raspolaže sa tri jednokrevetne i dve dvokrevetne sobe. U ovom objektu sa uslugom doručka sve sobe su klimatizovane i sve sadrže flat-screen TV. Sopstveno kupatilo je opremljeno tušem i besplatnim toaletnim priborom. Svaka soba ima radni sto, prostor za sedenje i frižider sa rashlađenim napicima, zajedničkom prostorijom sa terasom gde možete koristiti aparate za kafu.
