The apartment is comfortable, clean and modern, located on the 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet part of the city. The apartment is new and functional. Free WiFi internet (optical) and free private parking with a ramp are available within the accommodation. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with the necessary inventory with complete kitchenware, a hair dryer, personal hygiene products, and ironing equipment. Guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels for personal hygiene. Important information is that the apartment is located seven minutes by easy route from highway exits Nis-Istok and Nis-Sever.
The host is available for all the necessary information to make your stay in Niš pleasant.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (<300m) there are food and beverage shops, fast-food establishments and restaurants, pharmacies and exchange offices. At 400m from the apartment there is a religious building, the temple of Saint Panteleimon, with a large landscaped park and playgrounds for children. At a distance of 2 km from the apartment, there are the city center, the entrance to the Fortress of Nis, and the Delta Planet shopping center.
