I am Jovana, and I am occasionally renting the two apartments that are located in the same building, one floor above each other. When not rented, the apartments are being used by my parents and parents in-law for staying longer, as they are not from Belgrade. The apartments are located on the first and second floor of the old communist building. Don't let the exterior of the building discourage you:). The area where it is located is the top you can find in New Belgrade, surrounded by trees and parks, super nice coffee shops, bakeries, fast-food, and restaurants, with a great link to all parts of Belgrade. The apartments itself are very warm and cozy during the winter time, and cool, quiet and chilly in the summer time. The building has two elevators and both apartments have been fully renovated 6 years ago, with some new furniture added recently. They are fully furnished and equipped for long term rental- including all the kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, plates, pots, cutlery, cups, glasses etc) as well as washer in the bathroom, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and many more. The cable TV offers wide range of TV channels and VOD. Wireless Internet is very fast. I live few blocks away and I remain at your disposal whatever needed. If I am not around, my neighbors are, and will be there whatever you may need.

The apartments are located in the top location of New Belgrade, with many coffee shops, restaurants, fast foods, supermarkets, kiosks, drugstores, fruits and veggies shop, exchange offices as well a children playgrounds and parks. The public transportation link is excellent. Hotels Hyatt and Crowne Plaza are few minutes walk. Belgrade Arena is 5 minute walk from the apartment. Usce Shopping centre is 7 minute walk. Medigroup private Clinic is 10 mins walk. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet, as the building is surrounded by big garden and parks. The main street (Bulevar Zorana Djindjica) is 50 m away, but many high trees don't let any noise come through. There is a 24h pharmacy 150m away, non-stop shop 100 m away, laboratory 200 m away and pediatrician 50 m away. Parking is available on site, no prior reservation is possible, and is paid via SMS, or mobile app.
