Whether you’re just staying overnight or spending a few days in our city, the charming apartment atmosphere will help make your stay more pleasant. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults and one child up to the age of 2. Get a good night’s sleep on the comfortable sofa-bed (160x200 cm) or the chair- bed in the living room. Once these are folded, the room is turned into a cozy lounge where you can relax and unwind. You have an LCD TV with cable TV, a chest of drawers, a closet, nightstands and lamps at your disposal. Should you need one, we are able to provide a foldable bed and a highchair for a child up to the age of 2. The second room of the apartment is the kitchen equipped with a dining table, fridge, dishwasher, two-plate stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a set of dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and a washing machine. Make sure to check out the cozy corner we have set up for you in our backyard, relax in our garden chairs or find some shade under the awning. “Matija Apartment” is situated in the Novi Sad city center, in a small street providing the necessary peace and quiet to all our guests. All the sights to be seen are only a few minutes away. The apartment is located only 400 meters from the central square and the pedestrian zone. Take a walk around downtown or soak up the sun as you stroll along the river Danube which is only 5 minutes away from our apartment. A casual thirty-minute walk will take you up to the Petrovaradin Fortress where you can enjoy the stunning view of the city. Beautiful intact nature awaits you in the Fruška gora national park, while a great number of riverside restaurants, farms and wineries, located on the outskirts of Novi Sad, offer you a chance to savor the culinary delights and experience the tradition and customs of the region. A wide range of facilities are available within walking distance from the apartment, such as the Danube park, restaurants and bars, a pharmacy, a bakery, car parking, a taxi stand, an exchange office, an ATM machine, a 24/7 kiosk, a supermarket open from 7am to midnight, a fruit and vegetable market, a hair salon etc.
