Welcome to our cozy apartment - with garage(3.2x4.9x2m), located only 5 minutes away from the city center by foot, ideal for 1-3 persons (max. 4). Contains bedroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sunny terrace with a city view. The apartment is street oriented with lots of light, located on the 4th floor of a residential building next to the Republic Square, accessible by elevator or staircase. Perfect place for sightseeing or business trips. Designed with a minimalistic approach, the apartment is brand new renovated and has a new, modern furniture. All rooms are well lit. The bedroom has a large mirror and a nightstand next to the comfy double bed with access to the terrace. Fresh and clean bedding is provided. A sliding door separates it from the living room and kitchen. Living room has a 43'' flat-screen TV with international and local cable channels, comfortable and elegant sofa which can be transformed into a double bed and a large wardrobe. Kitchen is practical and fully equipped and also has a table and four chairs. The bathroom is beautiful and super clean with great hot water pressure, a washer/dryer, walk-in shower, a clean towels and other fresh and free toiletries.

It's a self check-in registration procedure, the hosts will be at your service when needed. The garage(3.2x4.9x2m) is about 200m from the apartment. The whole apartment and everything in it is fully available to the guests. You will have access to free, fast and unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) in all rooms. Getting around the city from this place is easy, you are located in the heart of Novi Sad, in the middle of most of the city's important landmarks. Everything is within walking distance and is nearby. For instance, if exploring the city center or the Petrovaradin Fortress is what you're interested in, you won't have to use the public transport at all. In front of the building there is a taxi stand and a bus stop is just a few minutes away. Public parking is available around the building, reservation is not possible and fees are charged (cca 0,5 EUR per hour, it's free of charge from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. and also in the period Saturday 2 p.m. to Monday 7 a.m.). You can park your bike in the backyard of the building, safely and free of charge.

Perfect location. In the heart of Novi Sad just a few steps from the Republic Square. Only a minute or two by foot from the main pedestrian zone (Dunavska street, Zmaj Jovina street) with the main tourist attractions (museums, theatres, restaurants and cafes, shops...) or to the promenade along the Danube river. If exploring the city center or the Petrovaradin Fortress is what you are interested in, you won't have to use the public transport at all. From the railway and bus station to the apartment is 30-40 minutes walk or 10 minutes by taxi. From Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive. Five minutes by foot and you're at the main Liberty Square. Famous historical and cultural sites such as Name Of Mary Cathedral, Serbian National Theatre, The Matica srpska, Saint George's Cathedral...are nearby. Danube Park (Dunavski park), Riblja market (Riblja pijaca), supermarket IDEA, private kindergarten, cafes and restaurants, banks and exchange offices, gyms, bakeries, fast food, pharmacy... are next door. The neighborhood itself is a nice blend of modern and old architecture. Despite all this the area is rather quiet so you will find peace in the apartment and can rest.
