Objekat se nalazi u strogom centru skijalista,najbliži Dolini Sportova,tj. platou odakle polaze sve žičare. Apartman je lux kategorije,a na 1. spratu objekta se nalazi restoran sa vrhunskom hranom i pogledom na ski staze.U okviru samog objekta nalazi se servis i prodavnica ski opreme.

Svi sadržaji koje nudi ski resort su pristupačni zbog lokacije samog apart hotela.U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se veliki broj restorana,kafića,bazena,prodavnica,kao i sportskih sadržaja koje nudi sam resort.Od boba na šinama,Zip Line-a,najma quad-ova,kao i veliki broj staza za šetanje.
