شقة خاصة مفروشة.الاثاث والتجهيزات راقية وفخمة.. تتكون من غرفتين نوم وصالة جلوس وحمامين ومطبخ ،يوجد في الشقة غسالة ملابس اوتوماتيك ومطبخ مجهز بفرن وثلاجة وميكرويف وغلاية بالإضافة للتجهيزات الأساسية من ادوات الطبخ.. الصالة تحوي كنب مريح يتسع لخمسة اشخاص وتلفزيون وآلة صنع القهوة. ايضا الشقة لها مدخل سيارة خاص مع حوش صغير يحوي طاولة رائعة للجلسة الخارجية. يتوفر أيضاً واي فاي مجاني. الشقة تغنيك عن غرفتين في افخم فندق او شقق مفروشة لما تتميز به من تشطيب وتجهيز راقي
