In the holiday paradise of Hällevik, this very nice house is located on a shared holiday home plot with the owner. The house is located on a dead end street, which makes the area quiet. There is room for family and friends to spend a shorter or longer stay with sea bathing, restaurants and beach bars in the area. Some open all year round and others only during the summer. The spacious house has a living room with a kitchen area equipped for self-catering and a dining area to gather around. In this room there are also two beds in a pull-out bed that is also used as a sofa in front of the TV with Swedish channels. In the bedroom with bunk beds there is also space for clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. A ladder, extendable from the wall, makes it possible to get up to the sleeping loft, which is cosily furnished with two single beds that can easily be brought together to make a double bed. Outside the house there are several different opportunities to sit down and relax, but also outdoor furniture to have meals at. A charcoal grill is also available to guests. A short walk to Hällevik's beautiful beach with chalky white sand and next door to the hotel Havsbaden makes your stay here pleasant. Local shop that is unmanned part of the year, fish shop with all the delicacies of the sea and also Swedish football at Mjällby's home arena Strandvallen, all within walking distance. For larger grocery stores and all other services, Sölvesborg and Mjällby are a fifteen minute drive away. Stiby backe and Listershuvud nature reserve with wonderful views of the sea and the unique Hanö with its lighthouse. There are daily boat trips to Hanö from Nogersund, a neighboring town to Hällevik. Welcome to vacation in fantastic Blekinge.

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25 percent of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered. Please book services at least 2 weeks before your arrival via the corresponding link in your DanCenter travel documents. Some properties may not be available for youth groups and/or business/trade travel. If this is the case, you will find information about this in the original house description in your DanCenter travel documents. For youth groups there are special conditions regarding deposit/final cleaning. Please ask DanCenter before booking or paying the booking.
