The address is Treviksvägen, which in fact means that it is surrounded by three bays. The guest house (built 2020) is very generous with sunlight as it contains many windows and only doors in glass, the ceiling height is about 4 m. The accommodation includes washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV, air conditioning etc. The nearest bay and beach is not even 1 minute walk. The best part is that no one from outside of the area can use this space, as it is not allowed to park - no cramped beach at all and very private! As shown in the pictures, the garden is under a planned renovation, and some parts are temporary, which also reflects our price right now. There is no point in showing pictures from the other side of the house, the main entrance, where you will not hang, but you can park your car there. We try to keep the garden as nice and neat as possible it is enjoyable and we can offer a 4 burner Weber grill for nice dinners outside. We are not home all the time, but if you want to know if we will be in the big house for the dates you wanna book please ask before booking. Anyways, we will still give you as much privacy as possible! :) Enjoy!

Our family consists of: Me, Klas 37 years, my beautiful wife Sanna 33 years and together we have 3 children, our loved ones, Ellie 11 years, Jack 3 years and Jason 2 years. We bought the land after a few years in central Gothenburg, when we started to long after the ocean. So now we feel that we could not have chosen anyone better place to live. The guest house is finished in 2020, house were finished in end 2021, but the rest is a bit of a longer project than planned.
