Welcome to our fresh and spacious apartment with a private entrance! 🌟  Stay comfortably in our modern accommodation — perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or a longer stay. The location is ideal — a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and C4 Shopping.   Train and bus stations are also nearby! Close to popular destinations like: Åhus beach, Ivö Island, Kjugekull (bouldering & nature), Kiaby Lake, Bäckaskog Castle, Landön seaside beach, Fjälkinge Hill Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and tourists.  You're warmly welcome to book your stay!     🏠 The Space The apartment offers: Bright living room with a large sofa, dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Large bedroom with: • 2 double beds • 1 single bed • 1 inflatable mattress (available on request) Fresh bathroom with shower, toilet, and modern sink Private entrance and parking space right outside Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with streaming access Heat pump/AC for a comfortable indoor climate year-round   🚗 Guest Access – Parking We kindly ask guests to park in front of the stairs, right outside the apartment. Unfortunately, the driveway parking is not available to guests. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!   🛏️ Other Things to Note – Bed Linen & Towels Guests are expected to bring their own bed linen and towels.  Prefer to travel light? A linen package is available for rent at 100 SEK per person and includes: 1 fitted sheet 1 duvet cover 1 pillowcase 1 bath towel 1 smaller hand towel    👉 Please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent linen, so everything is ready for your arrival!
