Munkebergs gård

We have just moved to Skåne to a beautiful horse farm. I am English, married to Ulrika who is Swedish. The family includes a 6-year-old, 3 adult children, 2 cats, horses with a dog and chickens on the way. James Keef - "I moved to Skane from Stockholm. Originally from UK, I have lived in Sweden for 15 years and previously in a number of European countries for Reuters." Ulrika Keef - "I am a trained horse masseur, riding instructor and dressage rider. Originally from Eskilstuna, I lived around Stockholm for 20 years and now enjoying the country life in Skane."

The 300 year old Munk's House is a spacious yet cosy 3 bedroom cottage with a private courtyard garden with a small pool. The main pool is shared with the owners but is available to all our guests. There is plenty of space for children to play, a small forest within the grounds and close to nature for nice walks. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a fireplace and a separate dining area with seating for 8 people. There is a separate TV area. Outside in the private courtyard garden there is a seating area, barbecue and the plunge pool for your use. Parking is available next to the house. We will install charging for electric cars and in the meantime we provide electric charging from the house. Buses are 15 minutes' walk away directly to Kristianstad.

Welcome to our charming 300-year-old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger communal pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are available (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3 km of the cottage and the bus is 15 minutes away.
